Payment Information
Payment is currently accepted through PayPal or bank transfer.
Pricing
You will be given a price quote before work begins. Please ensure that you agree with this quote in advance.
For web design work, a £75 non refundable deposit will be required. The deposit will be credited to your final invoice.
The final invoice must be paid in full before the final project is released to you.
Refunds are not offered – please review my portfolio and ensure that you wish to hire me as a designer before committing to do so.
Design Process
All proof work will have an IndigoBird watermark until your balance has been paid in full.

Once you have approved the design, then your site or graphics are complete. Any additional work will be charged for at my hourly rate of £20 per hour.
If you have a deadline, please do ensure that you give me fair warning!
Credits
The credit line on your web design must remain intact and visible, and linked to http://www.indigobird.co.uk. If you wish to have your credit line removed, please contact me to discuss. There will be a charge of £150 for this. The only exception is if your web design has been altered to such an extent that it no longer reflects the design provided by IndigoBird. In this case, please contact me in advance.
I reserve the right to use your design in advertising and promotion for IndigoBird. It will be added to our portfolio, and a link to your site will be provided if appropriate.
