On your marks…
First of all we will talk to you (by email or on the phone if you prefer) about exactly what you are looking for in your new website. We will ask you to complete a new design questionnaire to help keep us on the right track for your project. Take your time with this, and do ask if you have any questions!
We’ll give you a quote and discuss time scales based upon your questionnaire. If you are happy with that, then you will be asked for a £75 non returnable deposit to secure your slot. This is deducted from your final invoice. Design slots are allocated on a first come first served basis.
Get Set…
If you have requested a logo design, we will work on that first. You will receive several design drafts and we will work together until we have “the one”.
This is a good time for you to be working on the text (copy) for your website.
We will set up and invoice you for your hosting package, and you will be sent a welcome pack with full details about how to access all the features of your account.
Next, we will start setting up your website. We’ll provide you with training (by email/phone, or face to face if you are local) so that you are confident about adding and updating your content.
Fly!
When the website design is complete, we will schedule a launch date and send you your final invoice. Check your copy, and all of the graphics and layout to ensure that everything is 110% correct. We’ll move your domain over on launch date and watch your website fly!
We will schedule a time for a follow up to ensure that everything is running smoothly with your new site, and take care of any extra training you may need.
All licenses and copyright will be yours upon payment of the final invoice.
